[Fallout] - Brotherhood of Steel Officer

My FO4 Brotherhood of Steel combat armor cosplay. It won second place overall in the costume contest at PCB Comic Con 2015.  The armor was completely freehanded and made out of craft foam and googly eyes, and hand-painted with metallic acrylics. The whole costume, from sewing the BoS uniform underneath, to making the harness, to cutting/gluing/painting/distressing the armor pieces, took four days of nonstop work. Total cost of materials to make this cosplay (including the BoS flag I haven’t finished): $31.
